What this site collects, who handles it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. Last updated July 27, 2026.
BlackSig Systems is a d/b/a of Impact Origins Global LLC. Impact Origins Global LLC is the legal entity behind this site and is responsible for the information described here. Where this page says "we" or "BlackSig", it means that company.
Reach us at vic@blacksigsystems.com for anything on this page.
Only two things, and you hand over both of them on purpose.
Your name, email address, an optional phone number, what brought you here, and whatever you write in the message. Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes and stores them so they reach our inbox.
The booking runs on Cal.com. You give it your name, email address and a time, and it puts the meeting on both calendars. Cal.com handles that booking record under its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics 4 records pageviews, roughly where in the world the visit came from, which page sent you, and what kind of device you are on. It sets cookies to tell one visit apart from the next. We use it to see which pages people actually read. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for delivery and security.
We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles on visitors.
We reply to you, run the audit or the conversation you asked for, and keep a record of what was discussed. If you become a client, that same contact information is used to administer the work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
The only outside parties who see it are the services listed above that make the site function, plus the tools we use to run the business, such as email and accounting. Each of them handles it under its own agreement with us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
The systems we build for clients sit on our infrastructure and handle the client's own business data: calls, quotes, documents, records. That data is not covered by this page. It is governed by the agreement signed for the engagement, which sets out who owns it, who can reach it, and what happens to it if the work ends. If you are a client and want a copy of those terms, email us.
Enquiries stay in our inbox and records for as long as the relationship is live, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back. Analytics data expires on Google's retention schedule. Ask us to delete your information and we will, apart from anything we have to keep for tax or legal reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal information under laws such as the CCPA or the GDPR. Ask and we will honour them. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
The site runs over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and the services we rely on are established providers with their own security programmes. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment details or health records through the contact form.
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will remove it.
If we change how any of this works, we will update the page and move the date at the top. Material changes get a notice on the site.
