SMS terms

What we text you, how often, and how to make it stop. Last updated August 8, 2026.

Who runs this messaging programme

BlackSig Systems is a d/b/a of Impact Origins Global LLC. Impact Origins Global LLC operates this messaging programme and is responsible for the messages you receive from us. Reach us at vic@blacksigsystems.com.

How you join

You only get texts from us if you asked for them, in one of three ways:

  • You ticked the SMS consent box beside the phone number on our contact form at blacksigsystems.com/contact. The box is never pre-selected, and leaving it unticked does not stop us replying by email.
  • You called our published business number and told us on the call that we could text you at that number.
  • You are a client, and the service agreement you signed covers operational messages about the systems we run for you.

We do not buy, rent, or scrape phone numbers, and we do not message anyone who has not contacted us first or signed an agreement. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

What we send

  • Replies to an enquiry you sent us
  • Confirmations and reminders for a call you booked
  • Onboarding steps while we set up a system for you
  • Status and results updates for systems we operate on your behalf

How often

Message frequency varies with the conversation. Expect up to four messages a month.

Cost

We do not charge you for the messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us and we stop, straight away and for good. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work the same way. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also email vic@blacksigsystems.com and ask.

To start again, tick the consent box on the contact form or tell us on a call.

How to get help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message and we will send you our contact details, or email vic@blacksigsystems.com any time.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your handset, your plan, and your carrier's network, none of which we control.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. The only outside party that handles your number for texting is the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf. Everything else we do with your information is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes

If we change how this programme works, we will update this page and move the date at the top.
